Curl Salon Service Policies

At The Curl Salon we require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations without proper notice prohibit other clients on our waitlist from being able to fill that appointment time. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to hold any appointment while booking. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.

*Cancellations due to illness during COVID-19 will not require you to adhere to our cancellation policy. If you are ill with a fever, cough, or other COVID-19 symptoms, or if you have been exposed to anyone with symptoms or who has tested positive for COVID-19, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment in 14 days.

RETURN POLICY

If you’re not fully satisfied with the products or tools that you have purchased you can exchange them within 2 weeks of purchase.  After 2 weeks returns will not be accepted.

CLIENT POLICY

We are a very inclusive company and welcome all into our salon. We do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful to our staff or clients, makes a member of our staff or clients uncomfortable in any way.

CLIENT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us so we can offer an adjustment. At this appointment, at no charge to you, we will work with you to make the results to your satisfaction. Your adjustment service will be scheduled with the same stylist who performed the original service. Please contact us in order to book an adjustment service within a week of your original appointment to qualify for this service.
